trouble with dlc

Not a Bug

Hi i bought in December yours last dlc and got some update in game, i got skins in medical bay,but have problem with rest like i dont have access to blocks in build menu.Iahnt use all dlc ,[please help me fix it

thank you for letting us know about this problem that you are experiencing.

Can you please provide me more information?

What blocks are affected on your side? It there any pattern in that?

Do you have all the DLCs activated on Steam? In your Library right click on SE – Properties – DLC. All should be ticket there.

Are also all DLC badges visible in the game in the Main menu?

Are you playing in Survival or in Creative mode?

Are these "missing" blocks properly unlocked by the Progression tree? You can check in your game in G-screen. Up on the left hand side corner, you can find two tab – Block and Progression. Can you check that these blocks are still not locked because of this?

Can you please elaborate more on meaning of "...i dont have access to blocks..."? They are nowhere to be found in the Block screen? Or in the Progression tab as well?

Can you please share me a screen recording or screenshot from your game? From both (Blocks, Progression) tabs in the G-screen, so I can see what blocks you have available.

Any other information that you can share would help me as well.

When i start a game i got all badges,i buy all dlc from your game .And can't use latest dlc like cab cockpit,new wind turbin etc,I play in survival without progression.I cant find any new blocks or build them in build menu they are grey and it say i need a dlc for that,but i brought it at December last year. and her are screenshots you ask for.If you need something more contact me i want use all dlc i buy from you and this in annoying

Hello Adrian,

Thank you for sharing the screenshots.

Upon reviewing the list of DLCs you own, we noticed that Decorative Pack #3 is not included there. The blocks such as the Colorable Solar Panel and Twin Blade Wind Turbine, are part of Decorative Pack #3.

Could you kindly confirm whether you own Decorative Pack #3? If not, unfortunately, you won't be able to use the blocks included in that pack.
