Hang at Startup, was working yesterday

(I tried to raise this issue trough the Steam Community forums, but as it turns out Im not actually allowed to post there, because my account doesnt actually own the game. I played the game trough Family Share)
Game worked normally yesterday, wont get past the startup splash.
I DO use the Plugin Loader, and have tried running the game both with and without the Plugin Loader to meet the same problem.
Last time I booted the game, it was yesterday, in Experimental Mode so I could play Learning to Survive with the Stealth Tools workshop mod loaded (as honestly, the ingame tools are loud to unsafe levels by default compared to the volume of everything else)

After reviewing your log file, it appears that the game couldn't locate the config (.cfg) file. To resolve this issue, you can ask a friend, family member, or other player who plays Space Engineers to share their SpaceEngineers.cfg file with you, which can be found in their \AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineers folder. You can then paste that file into your \AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineers folder.
Or, you can either perform a clean installation of Space Engineers. Before you proceed with the clean installation, please make sure to back up your Save and Blueprint folders from the following directories:
Move or copy these folders to a different folder or drive to prevent any loss of your game progress and blueprints after the reinstallation.
Please follow these steps to perform a clean installation:
Reinstall Space Engineers through Steam and launch the game from there.
If the game launches without any issues, you can then move your previously backed-up Saves and Blueprint folders back to the \AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineers directory.
If the issue persists, please send us the latest log file from when the crash occurred.

Borrowing a SpaceEngineers.cfg has worked. A redo of my keybinds later, and the game runs as expected.
