Hello, engineer!
Thank you for writing to us, and we sincerely apologize for the issue you have experienced.
While we have not found any errors or exceptions in the log file, could you kindly try the following steps that may help resolve the issue:
1) Clear launch options from Space Engineers on Steam.
2) Verify your game files on Steam
3) Delete SpaceEngineers.cfg file
4) Delete ShaderCache folder
5) Please also make sure your OS and all drivers are updated.
Once completed, launch the game via Steam and check if you still experience the issue.
If the issue persists, kindly send us the latest crash log, along with the log from the Windows Event Viewer when the game crashes.
To get the Windows Event Viewer log, please open the Event Viewer (from the start menu, type Event Viewer). In the Event Viewer, go to Windows Logs, Application, and send the top “.NET Runtime” error from Application: SpaceEngineers.exe. (please see attached image).
To do this right, please follow these steps:
1) Select the correct file on the left side (Application)
2) Select first the .NET runtime error from the top (using default ordering)
3) Copy the large bottom text and send it to us.
Please Note: make sure that the info is from the Application: SpaceEngineers.exe
