It happen when i click join game. After a few second of loading server the game just freeze. And have to close via steam

Can you please provide me more information?

What exactly is wrong and where?

Is this happening only with multiplayer servers or in other game modes as well (single player, Lobby)?

What servers are you trying to connect to? Is it any of the Keen officials (which one) or some other?

Did you also try to e.g. run your own dedicated server (there is app for that in Steam), and try to join there? Is that working?

Any other piece of information that you are able to share might help as well.

Can you please share me a log file from some game session where you try to join and are experiencing this issue?

You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.

when i play solo its fine. it freeze only when i wanna go join game after 3sec that the page open it stop loading and freeze the screen.

Can you please share it with me?

i look as you said but there so many appdata and roaming state file i dont know witch to send

thank you for writing back.

Well, you need to navigate yourself into the folder as mentioned above (\Roaming\SpaceEngineers) and then pick the most recent log that you experienced the issue in that given gam session.

Please note that the numbers after SpaceEngineers_(numbers) mean the date (year, month, day) and the time of the game session.

Can you please send me the most recent log where you experienced this issue?

nothing show on my pc as (app data\Roaming\SpaceEngineers) when i search for it. and im really sorry for my noobnest with pc, i really appreciate the time you take to solve this. thanks

can you please have a look again? If you can launch the game then there must be log files. They are the text documents with many lines of text in them.
