Dedicated Server v1.201.014 Won't connect to steam to download mods
Running a dedicated server (locally on dedicated hardware) and the DS interface refuses to connect to steam to download ANY mods... Even the "steam" button on the top left of the UI does NOTHING when you click "logon".. as a result, I am unable to run my server with mods at all..
as an example, here's a clipping from my log. (I've only included a few lines due to the fact that I am running many mods and the first few lines shows the problem without the unnecessary redundancy of the same information for every single mod.. the mods are not the problem, the DS interface (dedicated server itself) IS the problem. as seen with the "(Not Logged On) (No connection to content servers)" in the log snippet.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.
Could you kindly check if you are in Online mode on Steam Client? To check it, click on the Steam option (upper left corner of your Steam Client) → in the list, the second option should be Go Offline. If it is Go Online (see the attached image), click on it, and a pop-up screen will appear, click on Leave Offline Mode. When you are Online, from your Game Library on Steam → Right-click on SE Dedicated Server → select Properties from the menu → in the Properties menu, select 'Local Files' from the left-hand panel → on the Local Files screen, select 'Verify integrity of tool files'. Steam will then verify your files. Once finished, start SE Dedicated Server manager, and log in to Steam from the top-left corner on DSGUI. First, try to start a new vanilla (without any MODs) world DS. Check if you can start the DS successfully. If the DS starts successfully, try adding a few MODs (make sure the MODs you're adding are not broken or obsolete, you can always check other players' comments/reviews to know about MODs' integrity) and restart DS. If you aren't able to launch DS with MODs, kindly send us the log (whole text) file when experiencing this issue.

I have the exact same issue, tried the same steps you outlined above. I can launch fine with no mods, but all mods fail to download when they're added. I'm assuming you actually want info from two log files as they are both relevant:
