we would need more information on how this issue happened on your side.
Anything from (reliable) steps to reproduce, video to a save file where this issue happens. We need to know what you were doing in the game in order to reproduce it on our side.

Please keep on playing and observe. If this issue happens again on your side, write us again with providing all the information that you can.
Moreover... you are playing on Windows XP. That might be a problem on its own, really. Please see our minimal/recommended requirements here.
As you can see, minimal is Windows 10. So even if this issue happen again on your side and you would provide the steps and other information, it is possible that we won't be able to reproduce this issue on our side when testing on minimal/recommended PC builds.
