Hello,

thanks for letting us know and we are sorry that you are experiencing the issues.

Can I please ask you to send me also the log from the game itself?

You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.

You should be able to find there also SpaceEngineers_(some numbers) file that holds the log from the game/session.

Thanks.

Kind Regards

I had (have) this same issue, the driver was the latest, windows updated, direct x updated, when i tried to join a Keen official server. The screen goes full white of black, cant reach task manager to turn SE off, cos the game is all over the screen and doesnt want to be minimised.

First it was only when joining a server, but after a couple tries the game itself wouldnt start.

I found help on discord, i set the graphics to minimum, and now it works most of the time. Somethingh about too much info if you are loading in in a area full of grids.

Also. try some of theese:

I know it gets realy old realy fast, you will grow realy frustrated with how often you need to verify game files, but thats just the way it is with Keen and SE.

Hello, Mikael,

are you still experiencing this issue on your side?

Did you try the workarounds from Steam that error 404 shared?

Are you able to send me the log from the as asked for it initially, please? I would really need to look into that log rather than the VRage one that you shared.

Kind Regards

Hello, Engineer!

Because there is no new comment from you, and we are unable to reproduce the issue on our own, I will close this thread now as outdated.

If you or any other player will experience this issue again, please make a new thread and provide all needed info there.

Thank you for understanding.

Kind Regards
