Error while trying to save
Solved
This happened while modded and not modded.
I saw a original post for this here:

I've been going down the list of options that a Laura K gives but so far no luck.
I've done everything except reinstalling VC Redist 2017 which I'm doing shortly.
Any help would be appericated.
