Sensors detects grid as players if the player is occupying a attached grid [Hotfix - 200.027]
Won't Fix
When a occupied grid is attached to another grid using magnetic plates/etc, a sensor on that other grid will consider itself a player.
This has only happened once so far.
Hello, SovPenguin!
Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. I have just reproduced this issue https://support.keenswh.com/spaceengineers/pc/topic/23227-player-being-detected-by-the-sensor-block-while-in-a-cockpit-wasnt-an-issue-before-1-200-update which I believe may be the same thing (or related) could you please check it out? The user has linked a YouTube video. If you deem it to be the same thing, I will close this thread. If not, can you please supply an un-modded world where this happens and reliable steps to reproduce the issue?
Kind Regards

Hello, Engineer!
Because there is no new comment from you, and we are unable to reproduce the issue on our own, I will close this thread now as outdated.
If you or any other player will experience this issue again, please make a new thread and provide all needed info there.
Thank you for understanding.
