Cloud Blueprint Screenshot/Thumbnail not saving

When creating a new Cloud Blueprint (Enable Steam cloud in Game settings), the screenshot is not saved with it. Additionally, thumbnails for my old BPs do not show. This affects Cloud only, Local and Steam still work fine. If I try to create a New Screenshot, it shows up, but when refreshing or
Repro steps:
Make use Enable Steam cloud is on
Create a grid and give it a name
While looking at grid press CTRL-B
Note that a screenshot is not present
Click New Screenshot - the screen shows up, but when pressing refresh and re-opening the Blueprint menu, it is gone
