Engineer is invisible

All engineers are not visible, myself in MP and single-player and all players on MP. Keen server and GTX.
Tools are visible, I had also entered character changes in the main menu and the medical room. In there the engineer is also invisible.
I had updated the graphics card drivers, nothing changed
I had uninstalled and then reinstalled SE, same problem.
All blocks are visible the only bug is the invisible engineers
