SE alocates only 6 -6.2 GB from 64 GB and crash after 10 mins of running

Play SE from 2015. LOVE IT!!!
Now the problem is shown.
Machine spec in log.
64 GB RAM 2x Intel XEON
Nvidia Quadro RTX 5000 with 16 GB of DDR6
LOG in attachment
Crash occurs when memory usage by SE reach about 6,5 GB
The Game can't allocate more.
Please try to help me!

World is empty - only thing i small self bulding and then self grinding drilling machine working veritcaly to reach center of the planet. No mods except piston package.
