Is this done for optimization?
One shooting railgun in the world: time between shots = 3700 ticks. Many firing railguns on different grids: time between shots = 3600-3900 ticks.

Railgun count = Max tick between shots
1 = 3700
2-3 = 3800
4 = 3900
10+ = 4000
