Standard Control Panel Options Inconsistant when Selecting Multiple with Antenna.

The ship control panel is supposed to only show the options that are the same between blocks when multiple functional blocks are selected. In some cases most if not all are shown such as with rotors and hinges. Others have few.
When selecting multiple blocks that include the Antenna, the few options that should remain do not. The following disappear when selecting blocks that also include these options.
- Show Block in Terminal
- Show Block in Toolbar Config
These should show up when selecting an Antenna along with a button panel for example.
