hello

my game has started to not work for some reason. I have tried all the recommended fixes.

It doesnt seem to crash as there is no crash log. it starts for about 2 seconds and then just shuts down. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Thank you for the logs. I can't see any exceptions in there and wonder if you could please supply a copy of your windows event viewer log from when you experienced the issue?

Thank you for responding. Im not sure how you would like me to share it. I cant attach the log for some reason. Is there a specific thing you are looking for? or a method for sharing the log that im not aware of?

Hello, Chris!

Some players have fixed this issue by doing the following:

  • Add -skipintro into the game launch options
  • e85fc09208b68680cbcd2eda56e923f4
  • Renaming / Deleting "\Steam\SteamApps\common\SpaceEngineers\Content\Videos" folder

Please let me know how you get on with this :)
