Ship drills now working

Won't Fix

Hello there, im having an issue with one of the drills not working on a ship i made. one drill will spin while the second wont. i tried turning power off and on, checking the block terminal, re-creating the group, and even grinding it and placing it back down again. it just wont spin. This is on the Console/Xbox version of the game. if there's a different site i should post this please point it out to me.
