Ship that is built and cut away from another connector-parked ship is unable to move

Won't Fix

As title suggest, I tried building a small ship with a grounding link of small blocks off of another small ship that was parked on a connector. When I cut the grounding link, the connector-parked ship un-parked itself (went from green to yellow lights on its connector), then when I tried to fly away my newly built ship it was stuck in a force field that not even 3 large ions would let me fly out of.

I have the same bug. I used a mule ship to project and build another ship. After splitting the two ships, the new one cannot move when the original one is locked on a connector. If I disconnect the mule ship, both can move freely.

Hello,

I wasn't able to reproduce the issue. Could you share the world where it happens? Any additional information would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you.

Kind Regards

Unfortunately I can't. This was on a dedicated server. We just built another one last night using the same method and no longer have this problem (at the moment). It seems to appear after the server had been up for 6+ hours and there was a lot of PVP activity just prior.
