Thrusters appear to be max thrusting when grid locked

On a Dedicated Server, when a ship is locked to a station, in natural gravity, through any/all means the thrusters continue behaving as if they still need to oppose gravity (consume fuel/energy and max thrust graphic).

Have the same bug quite annoying.
turning off the thrusters is a workaround. I mean I always forget that the dampeners are off.
Still it would be nice if the ships go back to idle when landed, docked, merged and what not.
