latest collector hotfix broke my collectors

I have a very simple setup, where 6 collecters are stationary placed over 6 farm plots. It worked flawlessly before the patch. But yesterday only 1 out of the 6 collectors did grab the plant once it was rdy. Today not a single 1 worked.

I discovered this problem today as well. While I don't know if it applies to the large grid blocks, the small grid Half Block Collectors do not work, or at the least do not collect anything directly in front of them at any ranges. I also operate a harvester system for 24 Farm Plots in each greenhouse, which passes the Collectors directly over the Farm Plots, and the Half Block Collectors fail to harvest anything.
Upon further testing, I discovered that the small grid full sized Collector Block does still work, and will still collect crops from the Farm Plots. I've included a screenshot of the two side-by-side, with one harvesting while the other does nothing.

Did some testing, the problem was that they'll pass items to other half-block collectors through their small conveyor ports, but won't pass items to OTHER blocks with those same small ports.
