Jumps drives fail to jump if high PCU grids are near the jump location

Attached is a video reproduction of the issue, live on the AU#3 server

I've spoken to Gorwyn, who told me Keen can access the save file for testing

Additional note, the bug isn't reliable. In the same video, the second jump failed to reproduce the bug. I have had ~12km jumps fail before, though not recorded

I will politely insert my bug here as a reference, for which i was assured it received a "internal ticket to prioritize the investigation", 15 months !! ago :D
