Jump drives not working when jumping to a GPS

When trying to jump to a GPS nothing happens.
No animation, no jump, no warning.
Just nothing.
Please fix this at is is very annoying and time consuming, and disruptive to gameplay.
If a friend is in combat and needs help it is hard to get there.
Here is a video of it happening with different ships when jumping to the same GPS.

Could you please provide us with blueprints of the ships you've used? Could you please let us know if the issue is present on ships with just one Jump Drive?

At this time, we are unable to reproduce the bug under testing conditions.
However, we have created an internal ticket to prioritize the investigation, as we have received multiple similar reports. If you have any blueprints—such as those of your base—that you can share, please do so through the official game server admins.
