Server - new version available update loop

On PC game version every time you open the game it says there is an update available but does not update within the game. No update on Steam.
On servers this leads to perpetual "New version available. Server will restart in 15 minutes". It updates, restarts, and then loads right back into the game. 15-45 minutes later the same message reappears and restarts the server to update. On my server it loads, 15 minutes later says update available, restarts and updates 15 minutes after that (30 minute loop). On another server I am aware of, it is a 60 minute loop.
Disabling updates within the settings only delays this to the 60 minute loop instead of 30 minutes.
Attempting to download latest version from steamcmd or Steam direct leads to same b0 server version.

Having the same issue. Server hosted on G-portal. Turned off auto-update and now have an infinite loop of server restarts every 60 minutes.
