Jump Drive in Multiplayer Server not working for me

Need More Information

I'm playing in a server with a friend, both PC/Steam. He is the admin.

We have build a Jump Drive Assistance Ring using the blueprint:

https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3342484040&searchtext=jump+drive

We have tried it with two different ships:

https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=897589427&searchtext=retriever+mk4

https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2977495690&searchtext=lancet

Everything was owned by him at the start (since the welders of our wall are his).

We are jumping to both GPS coordinates and blind, outside any gravitational field, unobstructed paths (is basically a couple of km to our "nearest" asteroids), and with fully charged drives. Achievable percentage of the jump: 100% (47.91km)

My friend is able to jump with no problem.

If I click "Yes" on the "please confirm" popup I get a countdown on the bar (on the Jump Drive icon) but none anywhere else. After the 10s countdown I stay in place.

We have tried:

- With and without mods.

- With full ownership, both his and mine, of both the ring and the ships.

- With him seated as a passenger.

I'm unable to "finish" a jump (since I'm able to make the countdown happen, albeit only on the bar). He is able to jump, no matter the situation.

I'm able to jump with other ships both his and mine that already have Jump Drives and do not require the ring.

Hello Engineer,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the forum.

Could you please confirm if the issue still occurs in the game’s latest version? If so, we kindly ask you to provide us with a video/screen recording that shows the issue, along with the log file from the time it occurred. This will help us investigate further.

  • You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.

Kind Regards
