No matter the conditions a farm plot placed on a advanced rotor Plants will die in 5 seconds and will say it died from exposure US1 Advanced survival server
Plants on a subgrid die of Exposure for no apparent reason.
Won't Fix
I'm in creative mode, in space, in a pressurised environment, with irrigation system working. My planters are connected to the conveyor system. They are placed on a subgrid. They immediately start taking damage after getting planted.
I had windows at first, and assumed it's space radiation or something, but it still doesn't work with armor panels.
I made another planter on the major grid, where it worked fine, so my conclusion is that it's something with the subgrid.

I have the same issue. I have a known airtight greenhouse and my crops die 90% of the time due to exposure. Water is fine.
It also may be related to the 'sandstorm hurts player in greenhouse' issue I've reported too. As if the greenhouse is not being recognised as fully enclosed when it is for 'airtightness'

Hello,
Thank you for reporting this issue and providing all the details. After investigation, we’ve confirmed that this behavior is a limitation of the current system. Subgrids do not share airtightness or pressurization data with the main grid, which is why farm plots placed on subgrids are not recognized as being in a protected environment.
We are very sorry about this and we understand the frustration it can cause. Unfortunately, since this is not something we can change within the current system, we will need to close this ticket as “won’t fix.”
To ensure proper functionality, farm plots need to be placed directly on the main grid in a pressurized environment.
