Tap shift to run, tap again to walk

Hi, I would like to see the implementation of tap shift once to run, tap again to walk (after I pressed T to walk). This to free up my left hand, so i could for example chat while running

let me rephrase that, I would like to see the implementation of after having pressed T to autowalk, tap shift once to run, tap shift twice to sprint. tap again to walk (tap T again to come to a full stop). Maybe a toggle to switch this setting on or off for those who still would like to hold shift to run.
