I fully understand that development has ended for Medieval Engineers but is there any support for reported crashes? When my game goes CTD and an auto-report option is generated...is anyone following through on it at Keen? C'mon guys! WTF?!?

No, unlike good gaming companies, Keen does not offer support or updates for Medieval engineers anymore.
They only used it to crowdfund to put money in the Good AI project.
Steam says that early access should not be used for crowdfunding and the development of the game should continue even if sales stop. You can see this in the steam rules. Keen broke the rules and they don't care.
