Can't place half-timber wall

Half-timber wall can't be attached to existing walls.
Here are 2 screenshots: on the 1st is a plank wall, which can be placed and on the 2nd is a half-timber, which cannot be placed.
The only possibility to place the wall it to put the floor first, but in this case wall is attached to the floor => once floor is removed the wall flies away.
I have the same bug
