Can't build 2 high half timber walls 0.7

Since the update I can no longer build half timber walls on top of half timber walls. I can build half timber walls on top of half timber wall with windows and half timber wall with doorways. See image below. I hope this is a bug and can be fixed - it is not an issue for the other wall types ( I tested them all)
Otherwise I am liking the new update.
