[0.71] Add Y axis rotation on walls

Please add the ability to rotate the walls around the y axis as well.
This way we can use them as floors and ceilings as well, saving the amount of small stones we need to create to make our castles and courtyards look modern. Who wants to live in a castle where all our friends and serfs track mud inside.
