I made a support ticket last night, and today can't find it, am struggling to get support for my issue and am starting to get frustrated with like 3 days and STILL unable to contact anyone about it

At this rate I'll end up getting a refund PURELY because I was unable to get support

This ticket appears correctly in our system (as does your other).


Both tickets have been issued replies.


Did you have a third ticket we are not aware of?

I found the ticket eventually, was expecting it to be on the main screen, not hidden in a dropdown.


On a side note; I found this too, but can't see any replies including my own
