Strange Flashing Since Update .7

Since the update, everything was running fine. However, there is now a yellow flashing bar running diagonally across the screen. It also tilts with the player's movement. Just wondering if it may be a mod causing the conflict.

Here's a video. In it, the torch is on. A few seconds later, I turn it off.
