Why is there nothing in SE2 like a medical component ?

May be engineers are just welded up like everything else.
Looks like there is a huge chunk of missing.
I would like to believe that engineers are biological organisms.
If they are biological then they need biological things to support their existence.
There are some basics in SE2 for an engineers health.
I have been hoping for the 10x game and using SE1 as baseline that gameplay would leap forward.
The health system of the engineer is in a very basic state.
Remember this old thing.
a closer view.
a 60 year old vision of future medical.
SE2 can do better, even 5x would be OK.
