The contract I'm on included an image that seemed to indicate that we were supposed to weld this smelter if we wanted, but when attempting to, it says something is obstructing me. I'm attaching the save file, all possibly related logs, and the screenshots I took of the incident and of the contract image
The Barn - Unweldable battery and smelter
Need More Information
The battery and smelter at The Barn near the Outpost are not able to be welded, even though I have the resources in my inventory. See first attached video.
If I put down a new battery and smelter next door to them, I am able to weld those. See second attached video.

I could not reproduce this issue on Game version 2.3.0.2780. It may be that your download got corrupted at some point. Please verify your Game files through Steam and try to weld battery and smelter again.
