conveyor - drill circle of death

I've been slowly modifying the original ship. The first, lower, row of drills was fine. I just added the upper row, and now when trying to harvest ice, the ice is just circling really fast between the drills and not going to the cargo. It's so fast that you can't grab it and manually move it. I also tried adding a sorter, but there doesn't seem to be any way to configure the small one, like a drain all switch, so it didn't help. I'm not sure how to post a video of it here? it won't let me upload it with Attach File.
