In-Game Tractor Beams!

One of the most immersive and useful tools in this game would be a Vanilla "Tractor beam". Being used to load, unload cargo by hand. Lift/move grids like small vehicles, etc.

I would love to see this come in SE2 as a vanilla tool as it would open up so much more gameplay potential. I for one love to move cargo around by hand and do small runs in Star Citizen XD so this would allow me to do the same in SE with my own creations!

Perhaps there could even be a larger version for grids (think ship welders/grinders) that uses large amounts of energy or needs capacitors to function ;). Super useful for holding onto scrap and salvage! As well as potential pirate gameplay and creating towing vehicles without the use of locking with landing gear.

Balancing wise: I would think the handheld tractor can only lift to a certain mass. A grid based tractor is the same concept but is based around power consumption - If a target has too much mass it will require more power to actually grab it.

UI would say: "More power needed" on screen for these times where you're trying to grab something too large...

In this event you would need to cut apart the salvage to be able to hold onto each individual chunk of a ship.
