Game alsways crashing on loading a savegame

Hey i have the problem that i have to start over and over again loading a save to actually get into the game playing. I really don't know, what it is.
My specs are pretty much your recommended stuff except I am on win 11 and I have a 3070ti instead of 2080ti and double the RAM
I like this feedback
