Drone Support (more 25cm blocks)

Players would love to build smaller drones and ships so having more 25cm functional blocks would help.
25cm blocks:
- Reaction Control Thrusters - Thrusters that do slight attitude adjustments, they could be 1 direction and 1 thruster, or a multi-block with 2-3 directions.
- Smaller/flatter atmos thrusters perhaps taking the footprint of small batteries.
- Remote Control / Computer
- Gyroscope
- Merge block — which would also help with airlocks as another application.
