Teleporter (Adding more gameplay)

I want end game personal teleporters because they would introduce tons of gameplay. Whereas fast travel points are fixed and typically for the early game. And Jump drives don't really add the necessarily 'building project' type of gameplay.
- It's end game
- Its built in 3 parts
- Each part has unique resources you need to travel to other planets for.
- You need to be at the locations you build it at and have to build point A and B.
- You need to make at least 1 relay station in space between the teleporters, so the are within range.
Like wise the way this teleporter is implemented open up the possibility for players to find relay points and disrupt them/jam them or take control of them in multiplayer.

Perhaps with some fuel requirement(so players cannot simply leave outposts with teleporters for years) this could be an excellent feature, I really feel like se2 so far, and se1 did not have enough incentives to build large bases and outposts, where you could simply have 1 mothership and a tiny mining base and thats all you needed. I love any feature that promotes building static bases
