CTD With ship full of ore

Ships do not fill containers evenly with ore and seem to get bugged at times as well, where the ore is just flickering in and out of the container. Ships with 2 drills also only fill 1 drill before giving the "inventory full" message.
When trying to interact with the bugged ore to un-stuck it, it can crash the game.
