Creates portable containers that contain exactly the correct components to build specific block(s).

A package can contain the materials for single machines

or can contain 10s of standard 2.5m blocks or 100s of standard 0.5m blocks.

The packages can be stored in quantity on a pallet.

Packages and pallets can be warehoused, but not placed in standard containers.

Packages can be moved and placed by an engineer or a package move block.

Packages and pallets can be unpacked into standard containers via a collector.

Packages and pallets are 'sticky'(like landing pad) and will remain in place until an engineer or machine moves them.

As for the Why.

From Marek's blog(May 8/25), 'The heart of Space Engineers 2's gameplay is the new colonization system.'

The palletised packages could form starter kits for colony building.

The packaging machine's job list can be set from a list of block types or from a blueprint.
