SE2 suggestion: exterion block shield defends

Exterior Block Shields: Implement shields for exterior blocks based on special storage power cells that need to be charged. These shields can only be charged when not under attack, with a build limit of one but upgradable. This would help avoid damage from unexpected or minor collisions.
I like this feedback
shields can be great if implemented well, it doesn't have to appear as a bubble around your ship, it can be done in many ways that are semi-realistic. since we agree, please upvote these threads!
