Small gravity generator block
Not Enough Votes
I think i would be cool to add small version of gravity generator, like reactor. Current block is high for some small-sized ships to fit in my opinion. Actually you can make it generate less G (0.5-0.75 G) and less range than normal generator.

Also adjustable G-force options on the generator, for more or less gravity to be created!

This could have interesting uses in PVP. It gets my vote :)

Fiddly... A small grav-gen for small craft would be nice, but grav-drives annoy me for their excessive power given their volume and power-draw, and the unified grid system means if Keen adds artificial-mass and space-balls again then small generators would allow for even more compact grav-drives than SE1 already has.

People have been asking for smaller gravity generators for awhile now so this is one I wouldn't mind seeing. One of the reasons I made my original gravity plates. Smaller grav gens would be great for when you only need to extend the field a tiny bit more and don't want to use a full sized generator and waste a ton of extra components. If I only need to extend the field say 3 large grid blocks ballpark, it would be dumb for me to build a full generator when I could use a smaller one.

"Gravity engines" according to the scheme used in SE1 (gravity generator + artificial mass) are logical nonsense. I hope there won't be similar nonsense in SE2.
Only Baron Munchausen could pull himself by the hair out of the swamp...
