[Game Crash DX12] Render Out of Memory Crash

Hello dear devs. Heres i'm sending crash report that happened to me last days which is weird because i have RTX 4070ti and 32GB of RAM and i got out of memory crash
it happened while trying to load creative scenario with my mod having +20 new blocks
I have the same bug

UPDATE: I have the same on Vanilla game while playing planets. Same OUT OF MEMORY error
