I'd love to see some ability to look at a block and select that block in the orientation I'm looking at. At the moment in SE 1, i have that functionality set to Ctrl+G, which at this moment in SE2 is not occupied. It could also copy over the material and paint color of the block you're pointing at.

I was suprised when I picked up SE2 that this isn't already a thing. It is so fundamental and would work in synergy with the great work on the undo feature.
