Ridiculous ●

Whenever I crash the ship the game lags so bad it goes to around 1FPS and often crashes even hitting a hard wall (it is fast though) I am not sure if this is an issue on my end with components but I'm above the minimum. my components are a CPU AMD Ryzen 5 5500 GPU NVIDIA RTX 4060 32 gigabytes of ram.and windows 11. Thank you for providing more details. Could you please also provide a video recording of the issue?

Please note that high intensity crashes, involving either high PCU Grids or at max speed or both of these combined will cause significant performance drops which is the Game limitation.

the file is not working but anything over 100m/s and a crash into the red ship with a 60,000 PCU ship caused my game to crash (the ship i crashed with was the one in my profile image called "ridiculous cat 1st ship" it is on the workshop if you want to try and replicate this crash. i crashed at over 100m/s into the red ship right engine)

Hello Ridiculous,

I was able to crash your ship into the Red Ship at approximately 200m/s without any issue. Could you please provide Game logs from when the issue occurred? It would also help if you could provide your hardware's specification.

You can find the logs here:

C:\Users\(Your username)\AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineers2\Temp\Logs

The logs will look like this

After a crash there should be four logs created in total. Please include all four of them.

Hello Ridiculous,

To get to the Game logs you need to:

Type %appdata% in Windows search bar and press Enter
You will be inside Roaming folder, search for Space Engineers 2 folder
Then go to Temp → Logs, there you should see the Game logs
