hi some items have disappeared from my mod menu. The mod menus are also now called "Modded #3" , "Modded #6", and "Modded #9".

Solved
This bug came with the Warfare 1 update, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling SE, resetting all of my settings to default to see if it was setting related, and cleared all but Azimuth, which I know worked fine before the update and after, as it's constantly getting updates. Nothing I've done has fixed the problem. I commented on a similar topic over a week ago and wanted to refresh it.
I found this problem affected both Retail and Beta.

I didn't follow any particular steps except install the latest DLC. The mod sections of the radial build menu are now numbered 3,6 and 9, and some modded items that were on the build menu are now gone.
I've also noticed that pistons no longer have a "share inertia tensor" box bit I don't know it thats part of the same bug

could you please tell us which mods are you using specifically?
Regarding the "share inertia tensor" setting, it should be only available in the Experimental mode, could you please check that's how it is on your side? If not, please make a separate ticket for this issue.

I actually have this same problem with my mod pages. I've tried removing all mods and re-adding them individually to see if it's a particular mod causing it, i have found that it is not a mod related issue as it is the same case on both beta and stable versions
