Worlds getting corrupted too often

I have owned this game for two days and I have experienced two instances of my worlds being corrupted, this is very frustrating as it usually leads to loss of time and progression. The corruptions usually happen if the game hard crashes or sometimes randomly. If there is a way to alleviate this issue then that would be greatly appreciated.
