Issue: When I load a save or maybe even join someone's game, the loading never ends. Now this doesn't happen all the time or a specific save, this only happens sometimes, and the way to fix it is to restart the game, try again and everything is fine. I'm not sure why this happens but it does. Maybe a rare bug or my end?

You can upload your world if you go to Load game screen -> press Menu button to publish.
Then post here link or name of that world from Mod.IO workshop.
