The First Jump - Game Crashes since last update

I have previously completed this scenario but since the last update the game always crashes on The First Jump - mission 2, when entering the excavation site.
I have tried multiple times with new saves and complete resets of the Xbox One X to rule out something stuck in memory etc.
I have a video of the exact moment the game crashes uploaded to OneDrive.
I have the same bug
The game also consistently crashes in the same scenario but on mission 1 when attempting to use the medical bay pod to change character appearance, in the section right after using the control room to pressurise the area before you get the first welder tool at the start.

Edit: med bay pod seems to work fine now after reboot and reloading the save.
