small ion and hydrogen thrusters on large ship stoped working despite having fuel

im currently drifting into space, all thruster appear to be on but produce no thrust im on a multiplayer server and have tried disconnecting, and reconnecting, turning everything off and on. please i need help its my only ship and took forever to build.

Would it be possible to upload the blueprint of your ship? It would help us reproduce the the issue.
Any additional information would be greatly appreciated! Have you tried the same blueprint in a single player game?
